Ingredients

Active Ingredient (in each 5 ml): Guaifenesin, USP (50 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Butylparaben, Carbomer 934P, Edetate Disodium, Glycerin, Masking Agent, PEG 1000, Sodium Hydroxide, Strawberry Flavor RNF, Sucralose Liquid Concentrate.

Directions

Take every 4 to 6 hours. Do not take more than 6 doses in 24 ours. Attention: Use this product only with the enclosed teaspoon and do not overfill. The enclosed teaspoon holds 5 ml when filled level to top rim. Level by mildly shaking or tapping the spoon. Children 6 to Under 12 Years of Age: 2 to 4 teaspoons (100 to 200 mg). Children 2 to Under 6 Years of Age: 1 to 2 teaspoons (50 to 100 mg). Children Under 2 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. Keep carton for complete information. Store at 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F).

Warnings

Ask a doctor before use if the child has a persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with asthma or if cough is accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus). Stop use and ask a doctor if cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. A persistent cough may be a sigh of a serious condition. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Attention: Do not overfill the spoon.
